Bridging Medicine & Motherhood

I'm a holistic nurse with over 11 years of experience across multiple health specialties — combining clinical nursing, functional medicine, personal training, and yoga to support women through every season of life.

I focus on root-cause wellness through nutrient absorption, lifestyle transformation, and functional movement. I created the Recover & Rebuild babywearing movement class and Tiny Hearts, a Chakra Bootcamp for families and toddlers that brings movement, mindfulness, and mama community together.

My approach is simple: heal from the inside out — and move with intention every step of the way.
